Clean and clear or neutrogena help!?

i want a cleanser or a face toner but i don't know what to get i have oily skin but no acne i want to prevent acne i heard that if u use something that is for acne but u don't have acne it gives u acne is that true please pay attention to wat am saying i want something that's for my type of skin any products? thanks!
