Thief of hearts? old 90's computer game...cant remember name?

I played this computer game in the 90's, all you do is use the arrow keys to move a little guy around. The motive was something like getting through different obstacle maze type levels while collecting all the hearts and then entering a door. graphics weren't great, mostly green like background stands out in my memory haha... anyone know what game i am talking about and what it is called?
