Should i buy the neutrogena pink grapefruit?

HEY i want to buy it but i don't know if i should i mean i have oily skin and i sometimes get pimples i don't have acne i just want to prevent it any advice or any products i can use for oily skin and to prevent acne i perfer neutrogena or clean and clear thanks!
