When will I hit puberty?

I am only 12 years old and my birthday is in about 2 months. And before you leave, im wondering this because all my friends are my age or right around it and have mostly hit puberty. I am 5 foot 1 and have red hair. I have noticed a couple very thin darkish hairs above my penis and a good bit of armpit hair. My penis is still the same size as always and my voice hasn't deepened at all. I do think i have started but it has been like this for very long, although when i was very little I had a surgery done to take one testicle out because it wasn't developing correctly. So the questions i'm asking are Have i hit puberty yet? When will I if not? What is best for puberty to happen quicker? I do know about sex and have watched videos before.
