I need help joining usmc?

okay heres my issue i am not trying to cut corner but i have obstacle i cant cover .. i dropped out of school years ago and they wont accept me back im 17 and want to join so i need a ged and 15 college cridets but i have no birth certifacte thats valid at the moment nor do i have id or any from the goverment so i cant take my ged do you know a way around it?
