How do you keep moving on when somebody you know is jealous of you and they keep throwing obstacles in?

Tell her to stop. Ask her why she's trying to mess with your life and tell her that she is only ruining hers. And after that, just ignore her and everything she says and tell her to get on with her life. Hope this helps.
