How do I get rid of tape worm ?

I have this little kitty who is barley weaned and has a tape worm I went to petsmart to buy her some deepened and they only had adult dewormers is there any home remedies I can fix her with she's really tiny and I am worried it might be really hurting her. I'm not sure though because she has a healthy appetite and she loves to play and is curious but I have seen the rice worms and sometimes when I pick her up I can here the worm sloshing around
