Help with annoying neighbors?

Have you ever spoken to them yourself? Ask them to be more considerate of yourself and your son. Also speak with the landlady and tell her how annoying it is. She can give them a 7 day notice that basically says they need to conform to the rules or get a 3 day notice for eviction.
