Your insurance will defiantly fight it because they don't want to pay out a hundred grand due to fraud. The other person can set the price to whatever they want but that doesn't mean the court will award that amount and if fraud is proven they will throw it out.. If it was me I would contact a lawyer and they usually will give you their opinion on things like this for a consultation fee. If they know who you are I wouldn't jog by their house. They might say you are threatening or harassing them.
